Companies and brands
A company is your legal entity.
A brand is how you show up.
Each company has its own VAT number, bank details, accounting, mail server and team. Inside it, brands give you as many commercial faces as you need: their own logo, colours and document numbering, sharing the same customers, products and books.
Every company starts with its company brand: its official identity, used automatically for suppliers, banks and authorities, while your commercial brands handle everything customer-facing.
